Rates, discounts and allowances

Due to the increase in the enrolment fee, you can pay in two instalments for this enrolment period for Fashion, Photography, and all language courses except NT2, but only through the school offices.

The cost of your course consists of:
    •    Your statutory enrolment fee, determined by the Flemish Ministry of Education.
    •    An operating cost, for, among other things, the use of the electronic learning platform and photocopies
    •    A possible manual
    •    Possible additional course costs

The total cost is stated on our website and on your enrolment form.

Please note that the enrolment fee may increase in exceptional cases:

  • application of an increased enrolment fee, if it appears upon checking your file that you have already taken the same NT2 course more than 3 times (in levels 2, 3 and 4). All information about the increased enrolment fee can be found on the website of the Flemish Government

In exceptional cases, however, your enrolment fee will be reduced:

  • when it appears after checking your file that you are entitled to an exemption rate
  • when it appears after checking your file that you exceed the legally determined maximum amount (the so-called 'ceiling') for your training. All information about the maximum enrolment fee can be found on the website of the Flemish Government

Exemption from enrolment fee

Depending on your education and your status, you are entitled to a partial or full exemption from your statutory enrolment fee.   These exemptions do not apply to the operating costs, the manual or other course costs.

At your employer's expense

Does your employer pay for your course?   Then there are two ways to enrol:

  • You enrol online and pay immediately. After receiving your payment, we will send an invoice to your employer. You request reimbursement from your employer yourself.
  • You come to the school office to enrol. Then you do not have to pay the course fee yourself. We will send the invoice to your employer.
