How to activate your M365 account

When you get your M365 account, you will receive an email with the subject: "Je Semper-account | Votre compte Semper! | Your Semper-account!". There you will find your login details: 

  • your M365 email address: e.g. 318388@cursist.cvosemper.be
  • your one-time password: e.g. Cvosemper!20240822142810

You need to activate this account. For this, you set your own password and choose the method by which you can request a new password later.

  1. To start the activation, surf to the login page of our website.
  2. Enter the email address found in the mail and click the Next button:
     
  3. Copy the temporary password from the mail and paste it into the window. Then click the Sign in button:
  4. You can now set your own password. Paste the temporary password from the email into the Current password field.
    Then enter your own chosen, strong password twice.


    A strong password meets these requirements:

    • contains text (lower and UPPERcase), numbers and special characters (=,!?&$]+...)
    • does not contain parts of your first and last name
    • does not contain the word “semper"
    • does not contain accents éè...
  5. Now you must choose how you want to change your password afterwards: via your mobile phone or via email. That's why the More information required box appears. Click the Next button.
  6. The standard method is via mobile phone. (If you prefer email, you can set this up via the link below. The procedure is the same. Enter your personal email address instead of your phone number.) Choose Belgium from the left-hand list and enter your mobile phone number in the right-hand text box. Click the Next button.

    You will receive a verification code on your mobile phone via SMS. Enter this code and click the Next button.

    The setup is complete. Confirm twice to finish the activation.

You can switch to English using the menu in the top right-hand corner:

Click the My Newsletter button.

Enable the general newsletter.

Then click the Save button at the bottom.
