Sharing innovation for inclusion & digital inclusion and innovation

As part of our Erasmus+ projects “Sharing innovation for inclusion” and “Digital inclusion and innovation,” language teachers Ana Armenta and Hans Harmen Smet visited the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas Los Cristianos in Tenerife between January 31 and February 4, 2022. We participated in 14 class visits and several subject and staff meetings, and also provided a presentation for all staff on the optimal and inclusive use of blended learning. This presentation was based on research conducted in collaboration with the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

Given our similar profiles, the visit offered a unique opportunity to share best practices around inclusive education, addressing diversity and sensitive topics in the classroom, and using digital tools both inside and outside the classroom.

We are particularly honored to welcome a delegation of 15 students and 3 teachers from Tenerife to our center on March 20, 2023, where we will continue our collaboration and exchange.
