What did you aim to achieve with this tailored module for your employees?
We hoped to teach our employees how to manage their digital administration and explore the possibilities of doing this on their smartphones and in the cloud.
Were those expectations met? How is the acquired knowledge being applied in practice?
Our expectations were definitely met. The course was highly tailored to our employees. They learned to use various digital tools that they can apply in practice. For instance, they learned how to download a certificate of family composition via Itsme and send it as an attachment.
Why, and to whom, would you recommend this course?
I would recommend this course to anyone who isn’t accustomed to dealing with administration but is used to working with their smartphone.
