From administration to ICT expert: Yanick grew with CVO Semper
Yanick started his career at CVO Semper as an administrative assistant. But his range of duties soon evolved.
Since the merger in 2019, more and more ICT was added.
“During the transition to Athenasoft, I staffed the helpdesk,” he says. “That’s where it started: creating queries, drafting reports… I discovered that I found my place here.”
Today Yanick works as Athena Support and Data Miner, and he steps in flexibly for other ICT tasks when needed.
Freedom, trust, and satisfaction
What gives me energy is the freedom to organize my work and set my own priorities determine. The satisfaction of completing a project also motivates me enormously.
Collaboration works
Although I often provide support to colleagues, I also experience a lot of support from the team. That mutual cooperation makes working at Semper so pleasant.
