Cancel enrolment?

 Will I get my enrolment fee back if I cancel my enrolment?

• No, you will not get your enrolment fee back.

3 exceptions: 

• • If you cancel your enrolment before the start of the course (before the first lesson).
  • If you cancel for serious medical reasons (of your own) (before 1/3 of the planned lessons have taken place)

  • If you are told after the start of the course that a check of your file has shown that you have to pay a higher enrolment fee than you were initially told.

 Will I get my enrolment fee back if the teacher is ill or if the lessons are cancelled due to force majeure?

• No, in neither case can we refund your enrolment fee. As a CVO, we have to pay all enrolment fees to the Flemish government ourselves.
• We do everything we can to provide a replacement or a replacement task in case of illness of the teacher from the 3rd day of their sick leave.

 Do I have to notify the school if I stop the course?

• Yes, send an email to info@cvosemper.be and ask to unsubscribe.
