CVO Semper offers French language courses that are fully tailored to the working environment of your employees. The focus is on concrete communication in a professional context – both verbal and written – with immediately usable language assignments from daily practice.
Start with a level assessment
Each participant takes an online test for a correct assessment of the language level.
French at work – Modular training
A practical language course in three levels: basic, intermediate and advanced.
Employees practise French through realistic work situations
Themes are adapted to the context and sector of the company
No homework, but assignments based on real tasks (e.g. customer emails, meetings, telephone conversations)
Extra online material and personal feedback (optional)
Time investment per module
- 30 hours per level
- 10 lessons of 3 hours or 15 lessons of 2 hours
- Form: live or online lessons
- Open offer: participants from different companies can join
- Free entry: modules can be followed separately or in combination
In-depth Workshops – Tailor-made Themes
Individual one-day workshops on specific work-related communication:Examples of themes:
- Writing a professional email or letter in French
- Telephoning French-speaking customers or colleagues
- Participating in meetings and reporting
- Formulating orders and follow-up
- Responding to complaints or questions
- Applying for a job or introducing yourself in French
Practical
- Time investment: 1 day per theme
- Form: online or on location
- Target group: employees with similar needs from one organization
- Can be followed independently or as a follow-up to the modular training
Language coaching in the workplace - 1-on-1 guidance
Individual language support tailored to your needs, preferably in the workplace:
The language coach observes, supports and provides guidance with practical tasks
Focus on personal challenges and realistic improvement
Approach: short sessions (e.g. 1hour), frequency to be agreed upon
Possibility for the coach to shadow the employee in their day-to-day work.
