  • Manage tasks with Outlook + Microsoft To Do
    • From email to task
    • Organise daily priorities and follow-up
  • Use OneNote as a central workspace:
    • Structure: sections, pages, page templates
    • Structure notes with tags and links
    • Collaborate in shared notepads
  • Integrate OneNote and Outlook (meeting notes, linking tasks)
  • Practice: meeting preparation, follow-up planning and archiving
