As a student of NT2 RG1 course (which is for non-native speakers at levels Breakthrough and Waystage) starting from 01/09/23 , you will have to pay a higher enrolment fee for these modules compared to previous years. This is due to the revised integration decree for NT2 RG1, which has increased the enrolment fee from 0,60 to 1,5 euros per class period. In practical terms, this means you will have to pay 180 euros. However, there are a few exceptions to this:
Under the new integration decree, there is a ceiling on the registration fee, set at 180 euros. This means that if you have paid 180 euros for the Breakthrough module, you will not have to pay for the Waystage module. Those who have already paid 72 euros for a Breakthrough module in school year 22-23 or longer go will have to pay a maximum of 108 euros enrolment fee when registering for a Waystage module. These fees apply to all modules starting from 1 September 23, , regardless of whether you register in June or September. The 180euros fee also includes participation in the standard NT2 test for non-native Dutch speakers, as well as the enrolment fee for any modules you may need to take in case of failure on this standard test in order to retake it.
