Forgot your password?

After entering your username, you must enter your password.

You can request a new password via the link Forgot my password. During the activation of your account, you selected the method of password recovery (SMS or email). (if you did not do this, you will now receive an error message: see at the bottom of this page)

First type the code into the text field and click the Next button.

If you chose verification via mobile phone, enter your telephone number and click the Text button.

If you chose verification via email, you do not need to fill in anything and click the Email button.

Check your mobile or your mailbox and type the code you received. Then click the Next button:

You can now choose your new password. Enter it twice identically:

A strong password meets these requirements:

• contains text (lower and UPPERcase), numbers and special characters (=,!?&$]+...)
• does not contain parts of your first and last name
• does not contain the word “semper"
• does not contain accents éè...
