Programme
Module 1: My impact as a leader
Module 2: One-to-one conversations
Module 3: Stand-up meetings
Module 4: Team meetings
All modules are interwoven with personal skills such as listening, asking questions, storytelling, and the conscious use of words, voice, and body language.
Time investment per module
- 2 days
(Optional: on-the-job coaching, 2 sessions of 0.5 days each, integrated into the participant’s daily practice)
