You already have a basic knowledge of English. Now you would like to do more than just make yourself understood.

In this course you follow lessons at home at a fixed time via Zoom. This means you don't physically go to school. Your teacher will give you individual feedback.

What will you learn?

In English 3 you will learn

  • to improve your conversations on everyday topics
  • strategies to understand spoken and written English better (news items, documentaries, presentations, song lyrics...)
  • to use present, past and future tenses in a conversation

After this course you will be able to:

  • express what you would like to have in a shop
  • compare things and people
  • talk about your work and find out whether others are satisfied with their jobs
  • describe traditions in your country of origin
  • make and decline invitations

To enrol for this level you must have a certificate of English 2 (= English Waystage).

If you do not have a certificate but already have some knowledge of the language, you can take a short level test online, either at one of our school offices or via our website. If your score is sufficient, you can then enrol for this level.

For this online course via Microsoft Teams you need a PC or laptop and a fast and stable internet connection, a sound card and a webcam. You should also have some basic computer skills.
