What will you learn?

In English 6 we will improve your language skills further. With targeted structure training and varied vocabulary exercises, your word use becomes increasingly accurate, both orally and in writing. You learn to communicate with native speakers in a more nuanced way and to understand common types of texts better.

By the end of the course you will be able to:

• talk at length about important events in your life
• understand and report on complex news stories
• elaborate on personality and physical traits and on your personal relationships
• use reported speech
• get to know selected aspects of the English speaking world

To enrol for this level you must have a certificate of English 5 (= Threshold 3).

If you do not have a certificate but already have some knowledge of the language, you can take a short level test online, either at one of our school offices or via our website. If your score is sufficient, you can then enrol for this level.

• The legal enrolment fee: € 270
  (Subject to a decree amendment. Decree amendments take precedence over the centre regulations.)

Number of class times: 120 (including evaluation and deliberation)
