Are you a healthcare professional but lack formal qualifications? Do you have significant and applicable experience in the healthcare sector? Then this assessment may be the solution for you! Through tests, we test which competencies you already possess and allow you to have your work experience as a healthcare professional recognized. This is based on your existing professional qualifications.
Two assessors observe you while you are working as a healthcare worker. The observation takes place in the centre where you work. If you are not working as a healthcare worker, you can look for a place where the assessment can take place.
On the second day of the assessment, you will take a number of additional tests at CVO Semper in Meise, Stationsstraat 35.
You may prepare for the assessment together with a mentor. If this is not the case, you can register for a guidance module. This is a module in which you independently reflect on the 15 professional competencies that a healthcare worker acquires.

Een assessment wordt altijd volledig afgenomen, dus ook als je al een aantal bewijzen van competentie hebt uit een vorig assessment.
Na een een persoonlijk gesprek maken we een traject op met jou. Daarna kan je je inschrijven voor de opleiding.
