Course content

In this course, you will learn how to present your data.

You learn how to arrange the layout of your spreadsheet in terms of cell layout and number format
- Cell layout: for example, how to place your figures centrally or diagonally in a cell, how to change the colour or font size, how to place borders around a cell, ...
- Number notation: how to put a currency sign in front of my figures, how to determine how many decimals to show, ...
You learn how to create a basic chart
You learn how to adjust the page setting of your Excel file and how to print all or part of your Excel folder

This course is a follow-up module to ‘Excel basic formulas and functions @Home’.
If you do not yet have a basic knowledge of Excel, we recommend taking this module first.

To take this course, you must be familiar with basic Windows 11 and Internet operations. If you haven’t done an ICT module at our school yet, we ask you to take this simple online entry test.
