Official name: Frans professioneel bedrijfsgericht richtgraad 3 - Frans Vantage PB 2

You already have a reasonable command of French, but you want to practice your French further in a professional context.

What will you learn?

In the course Professional French Vantage (CEFR B2), you will learn to express yourself more confidently in both written and oral form in a variety of business situations. You will master professional vocabulary and perfect your grammatical knowledge with practical exercises. 

At the end of this course, you will be able to: 

  • conduct professional conversations (e.g. negotiate) 
  • give presentations (e.g. present a product) 
  • interpret financial texts (e.g. statistics) 
  • write business texts (e.g. apply for training) 
  • understand current video and audio fragments (e.g. economic news) 

To register for this level, you must have at least a certificate of French 6 (= French Threshold 4) or of Professional French Threshold (CEFR B1) or you achieve this level in this short level test. During the first lesson, the teacher will check whether you are at the correct level. If this is not the case, the teacher will work with you to find a module that is more suitable. 

If you have a certificate of French 4 (= French Threshold 2) or French 5 (= French Threshold 3), we recommend that you follow Professional French Threshold (CEFR B1). 

Specific professional prior knowledge is not required.

The price is composed of:

  • The legal enrolment fee: € 240
    (Subject to a decree amendment. Decree amendments take precedence over the centre regulations.)
  • Course supplies: € 37 (including course material and/or digital material and/or raw materials, ...)

Number of class times: 60 (including evaluation and deliberation)
