What you will learn.

In this French 2 course you will learn to get by in everyday situations and slowly expand your knowledge of vocabulary. Your pronunciation will be polished. As far as speech is concerned, in this level you will learn, among other things, to conjugate verbs in the past tense. You also learn to construct more complex sentences.

By the end of the course, you will be able to, among other things:

  • name garments, colors and materials and ask to try on a garment, give your opinion about clothing
  • talk about your habits and preferences e.g. regarding vacations
  • having a chat about the weather

  • talking about your last trip, reminiscing

To register for this level, you must have a certificate of French 1 (= French Breakthrough).

Don't have this but already know some French? Then you can take a short level test  at the school office or on our website. If your score is satisfactory, you can enroll in this level.
