You are an absolute beginner and would like to understand and take part in simple conversations.

The accelerated course offers the content of 120 teaching hours in 1 semester of 70 teaching hours.

In this course, you attend the classes at home at a fixed time via Microsoft Teams. So you do not come to school. Your teacher will give you individual feedback.

Wat will you learn?

Do you need some ready knowledge of Italian quickly? Then this short Italian 1 module is definitely for you! Among other things, you will learn to:

  • greet someone and introduce yourself
  • order something in a bar or restaurant (Un cappuccino, per favore!)
  • book a hotel room
  • follow a route description
  • talk about your day

You do not need any prior knowledge to enrol for this level. You will start from scratch.

An accelerated course means that you process the subject matter faster than in a standard course. More information can be found here. 

If you choose the @HOME course (fully online), you need a PC or laptop with a fast and stable internet connection, a sound card and webcam. You must also have sufficient computer skills.
