You have a basic knowledge of Italian and you want to communicate, read and write about familiar topics more fluently. This is an accelerated course. You will process the subject matter at a faster pace.

In this course, you attend the classes at home at a fixed time via Microsoft Teams. So you do not come to school. Your teacher will give you individual feedback.

Course content

What will you learn?

You will learn to tell a story, describe experiences and events, dreams and ambitions and explain your personal preferences. You expand your knowledge of vocabulary and grammar (imperativo - futuro - congiuntivo).

Among other things, you will learn to:

express your preferences regarding travel, countries, regions and places
talk about your eating habits and give advice on how to live more healthily
talk about the pros and cons of your job and the contact with your colleagues
describe the appearance and personality of yourself and other people and give your opinion on different forms of cohabitation
describe your home (location, layout, interior: abito in una casa a schiera)

Entry requirements

To enrol for this level, you must have a certificate of Italian 2 (= Italian Waystage).

Do you have this but cannot find it, or do you already know some Italian? Then you can take a short level test at the school office or on our website. If your score is sufficient, you can enrol for this level.

An accelerated course means you process the subject matter faster than in a standard course. You can find more information here.

For this online course, you must have a PC or laptop with a fast and stable internet connection, a sound card and webcam. You should also have basic computer skills.
