This course is a journey through Italy's 20 regions.  A language journey highlighting the culture and traditions, nature, gastronomy, history, art, music and literature of the different regions.

In this course, you will learn to speak about complex topics and also to understand them better. You will deepen your vocabulary and expand it with less obvious expressions. There is a constant focus on the correct use of all aspects of grammar.

By the end of the course, you can fluently understand, comment on and present different types of documents on a variety of topics, emphasising the cultural richness and diversity of Italy such as:

  • a news report 
  • a project
  • (excerpts from) films, series and theatre performances
  • empathise with the culture of the language area and communicate about it 

You also discuss all kinds of texts.

To enrol for this level you must have a certificate of Italian 6 (= Italiaans Threshold 4).

Are you not in possession of a certificate, but already know Italian rather well? Then you can take a short level test online. If your score is sufficient, you can enrol for this level.

The price is composed of:

  • The legal enrolment fee: € 480
    (Subject to a decree amendment. Decree amendments take precedence over the centre regulations.)
  • Course supplies: € 41 (including course material and/or digital material and/or raw materials, ...)

Number of class times: 120 (including evaluation and deliberation)
