In this course, you will learn how to use Microsoft Teams as a team leader or leader of a group of people and how to get your team to work together optimally.

Course content

In this course you will learn:

what the capabilities of Microsoft Teams are;
how to efficiently set up and manage a team;
which apps you can add to a team;
What you can do to get everyone on your team;
how to lock down or restrict access to a team;
Using Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft Teams in a targeted way
Integrating Microsoft Teams with Microsoft Outlook.

Entry requirements

To take this course, you must be familiar with basic Windows 11 and Internet operations. If you haven’t done an ICT module at our school yet, we ask you to take this simple online entry test.
