By combining the general subjects (AAV) with our sales training, you can obtain your secondary school diploma within one year.
During the polyvalent salesperson training you will learn various essential sales and merchandising techniques.
The course content consists of several modules:
Informing and advising customers
Checking, storing and displaying delivered products
Operating the cash register
Replenishing shelves and taking inventory
Applying sales and merchandising techniques
Preventing theft
Understanding the distribution industry
Handling complaints neatly
Managing an online store
Gain professional experience during an apprenticeship
The model path for the training Polyvalent Salesperson, including the Supplementary General Training, lasts one year. However, this track can be adapted to your personal needs and pace.
Upon successful completion of the training you will receive a certificate for both the diploma-oriented training Polyvalent Salesperson and the Supplementary General Training. With both certificates in your pocket, you obtain the diploma of secondary education.
During the training you will receive customized guidance in second-chance education. We take into account any learning difficulties and respect your learning pace. Regular evaluation interviews with the course supervisor ensure that we can make adjustments where necessary.
Remediation is also possible.

Age
To register you must be at least 18 years old. If you turn 18 before 31 December, you can start in September.
Language level
Because all subjects are taught in Dutch, you must be proficient in both spoken and written Dutch. As a non-native speaker, you should have obtained a certificate in Dutch, Threshold 4 (B1)
No general exemption tests are organized. You can request an exemption from the subject teacher before the series of lessons starts. Each application is considered individually. The management decides whether you will be granted the exemption, and an additional test may be imposed.
You pay max. € 1.50 per lesson hour with a limit of € 300 per semester. Reduction of registration fee is possible. In addition, you pay a contribution per module for the course material (copies, syllabi and/or handbook, activities).

The Polyvalent Salesperson training, including the Additional General Training, takes one year. However, the pace and content of the training can be adapted to your personal needs and learning style.
