You already write Spanish quite well, but you feel that it can be better. You still have to think too much about structures and words, and current reading material sometimes scares you off, so practice is the message!

In this Spanish 7 Writing and Reading course:

  • you will learn to communicate fluently and confidently in both a professional and personal context. 
  • you will learn to write a wide range of texts, including formal and informal e-mails, articles and reviews.
  • you will also read and discuss all kinds of texts on various contemporary topics.

At the end of this course you will be able to:

  • apply very fluently basic grammar in written assignments
  • read complex articles and invite your classmates to discuss and argue
  • write an analysis of a current topic and discuss it in class
  • use more sophisticated vocabulary to replace words you already know
  • empathize with the culture of the language area and communicate about it

To enroll in this level, you must have a Spanish 6 certificate (= Spanish Threshold 4). Did you obtain this a long time ago but can't find it anywhere, or have you ever lived in a Spanish-speaking country for a shorter or longer period of time, and do you think your Spanish is good enough to enter this level? Then you can take a short level test at the school's secretariat. If you score sufficiently, you can enroll in this level.

  • The legal enrolment fee: € 480
    (Subject to a decree amendment. Decree amendments take precedence over the centre regulations.)
  • Course supplies: € 10 (including course material and/or digital material and/or raw materials, ...)

Number of class times: 120 (including evaluation and deliberation)
