In this course, we not only zoom in further on the Word and Excel packages, we also learn about the programmes Powerpoint (presentations) and Publisher (publications). Throughout the course, the focus is on ‘integrating/combining’ data from these and other applications.
What will you learn?
- you learn to work with mailing lists to insert data lists from Excel into a Word or Publisher file to create a personalised letter, print labels, etc...
- you learn to use a hyperlink to create a link between files or to a website
- You learn to copy and paste content from various sources into other documents, taking into account the possible paste options
- you learn how to insert images, embed video and so on
- you learn to use themes to give your documents the same layout across MS Office programmes.
This course is a follow-up module to ‘Start to Office 365’.
If you do not yet have a basic knowledge of Office 365, we recommend taking this module first.
To take this course, you must be familiar with basic Windows 11 and Internet operations. If you haven’t done an ICT module at our school yet, we ask you to take this simple online entry test.
