In this course we not only zoom in further on the online cloud applications Word and Excel, we also learn about the programmes Powerpoint (Presentations) and Forms (Forms). Throughout the course, the focus is on ‘integrating/combining’ data from these online applications.
In this course, we take a closer look at some items already covered in the first part of the course. Furthermore, we look at additional functions in Microsoft's online cloud applications.
You will learn:
- to set up backup and synchronisation for the files in your Microsoft account.
- to use the main features to format and apply efficient text formatting and manage larger documents.
- to position and format inserted images or photos even better.
- to enter number data in a structured way and how to put the computer to work to make calculations with that data.
- to perform more complex calculation tasks.
- to neatly format the worksheet and turn the information into a colourful graph.
- to create a presentation using themes.
- to add text, images, tables and diagrams and how to insert hyperlinks.
- to use animation and multimedia in your presentation.
- design a survey using a Microsoft form, which you can share and manage.
This course is a follow-up module to ‘Start to Office 365’.
If you do not yet have a basic knowledge of Office 365, we recommend taking this module first.
To take this course, you must be familiar with basic Windows 11 and Internet operations. If you haven’t done an ICT module at our school yet, we ask you to take this simple online entry test.
