How long does the web design programme last?
The model pathway (general subjects (AAV) + the diploma-focused Web designer course) takes 1 year. It can also be tailor-made.
Do I earn a diploma or certificate with this web design programme?
The Web designer programme leads to a certificate. The Additional General Training programme also leads to a certificate. If you hold both certificates, you will obtain a secondary school diploma.

Is there guidance during the web design programme?
In second-chance education, we provide tailor-made guidance. We pay attention to learning difficulties and respect your pace.
There are regular evaluation interviews with the programme counsellor, so that adjustments can always be made where necessary. We also provide opportunities for remedial education.
Can I start this course?
Age
To enrol, you must be at least 18 years old. If you turn 18 before 31 December, you can start in September.
Language level
As all subjects are taught in Dutch, you must speak and write Dutch well. As a non-native speaker, you will have obtained a certificate in Dutch, Threshold 4 (B1).
Can I get exemptions for this programme?
No general exemption tests are organised. You can request an exemption from the subject teacher before the class series begins. Each application is considered individually. The management will decide whether you get the exemption, possibly an additional test will be imposed.
How much does the web design course cost?
You pay a maximum of €1.50 per lesson hour with a limit of €300 per semester. Reduction of registration fees is possible. You also pay a contribution per module for course materials (copies, syllabi and/or textbook, activities).

To enrol in the web design course, you must be at least 18 years old and have a good command of spoken and written Dutch. If Dutch is not your first language, you’ll need a certificate at Dutch, Threshold 4 (B1) level.
How can I enrol in the web design course?
The first step is to attend one of our information sessions, for which you must register in advance. After the session, a personal interview will follow, after which you can enrol in the course and any exemption tests.
