Als je werkzaam bent als logistiek assistent in de zorg, maar je mist formele kwalificaties, dan is dit assessment misschien wel de oplossing voor jou! Als je aanzienlijke en praktisch toepasbare ervaring hebt in de zorgsector, biedt dit assessment een kans.
Door middel van evaluaties wordt onderzocht welke competenties je al onder de knie hebt, en kun je je werkervaring als logistiek assistent in de zorg laten erkennen. Dit gebeurt op basis van de bestaande beroepskwalificaties.
The EVC assessments take place at CVO Semper and last approximately half a day. During the assessment, you will take various tests at our school. You will receive all practical information regarding the time and location in advance.
You may prepare for the assessment together with a mentor. If this is not the case, you can register for a guidance module. This is a module in which you independently reflect on the 15 professional competencies that a logistics assistant in healthcare acquires.

An assessment is always conducted in full, even if you already have some proof of competence from a previous assessment.
After a personal interview, we will create a study plan with you. After that, you can register for the course.

For all competencies in the professional profile that you have mastered, you will receive a certificate of competence. These certificates are converted into exemptions from modules in the 'Logistics Assistant in Healthcare' training program. The exemptions apply at all CVOs that offer the training. Once you have demonstrated that you have mastered all the competencies of the professional qualification, you will obtain the 'Certificate of Professional Qualification for Logistics Assistant in Healthcare'. With this, you can work in a residential care center.
