Connecting communication:

From Misunderstanding to Cooperation

In this hands-on workshop day, employees deepen their understanding of how their communication style impacts collaboration, trust, and results. They learn how to speak clearly, listen actively, and defuse tensions in a variety of work situations — even under pressure — without avoiding conflict.

Trainer

Safâa Achnak is a work and organisational psychologist (MSc) and holds a PhD in psychology, specialising in mental wellbeing, stress, and burnout. She supports organisations looking to invest in their employees by translating scientifically backed insights into practical tools for greater resilience, focus, and job satisfaction.

As a certified coach, Safâa combines a people-centred approach with clarity, structure, and depth. She creates a safe learning environment where employees gain insights that truly make a difference — both individually and within teams.

She is affiliated with universities such as VUB and KU Leuven, contributing to research and teaching in organisational psychology and behavioural change. This academic foundation ensures her workshops are both rigorous and highly applicable to everyday work realities.
