Dealing with change:

Resilience in Motion

Change is inevitable, but dealing with it is a skill. In this workshop, participants learn how to respond to change with flexibility and awareness — even when it is unexpected or challenging. They develop resilience, self-awareness, and a constructive mindset that helps them recognise opportunities and maintain confidence, even in turbulent times.

Know how to guide the emotional and social aspects of change

Know how to cultivate readiness for change

Programme

Module 1: Team and organisational readiness for change

  • Mapping the readiness for change using a clear tool
  • Assessing six key elements (e.g. past experiences, communication, leadership support)

Module 2: The change management curve

  • The steps we go through when implementing changes
  • Supporting the emotional side of the change process
  • Addressing and transforming resistance to change

Module 3: Action plan

  • Determine actions to smoothly guide the change

Practical exercises and evaluation

Time investment per module

  • ½ day (without action plan) or 1 day
