This compact workshop gives employees insight into how stress develops and how they can consciously manage it themselves. By reflecting on their personal reactions to work pressure, they learn to recognise stress signals earlier and prevent tension from building up.

Trainer

Safâa Achnak 

is an occupational and organisational psychologist (MSc) and holds a PhD in psychology, specialising in mental wellbeing, stress, and burnout. She supports organisations looking to invest in their employees by translating scientifically grounded insights into practical tools for greater resilience, focus, and job satisfaction.

As a certified coach, Safâa combines a people-centred approach with clarity, structure, and depth. She creates a safe learning environment where employees gain insights that truly make a difference — both individually and within teams.

She is affiliated with universities such as VUB and KU Leuven, contributing to research and teaching in organisational psychology and behaviour change. This academic foundation is reflected in workshops that are both content-rich and practically applicable to everyday work life.
