Part 1 (half day): Theoretical Framework

  1. Introduction and Objectives
    • Why is time management important?
    • Insight into personal challenges
    • Expectations of the participants
  2. Important principles of time management
    • Prioritization techniques: Eisenhower matrix, ABC method
    • How to deal with distractions and procrastination
  3. Insight into personal time use
    • Analysis of daily time use through time tracking
    • Recognizing time wasters and Interruptions.
    • Tips for a productive workday.

Closing and preparing for the second day: participants create a concise time log of their week.

Part 2 (half day): Practical Application

  1. Reflection on the time logs
    • Discussion of findings.
    • Identification of the biggest time wasters and bottlenecks.
  2. Drawing up personal action points
    • Determining concrete improvement actions.
    • Application of techniques: planning, delegating, and saying "no."
  3. Personal action plan develop
    • Setting personal goals (SMART method).
    • Designing a weekly or daily schedule.
    • How to measure and evaluate results?
