Mental fitness at work:

From Stress Recognition to Self-Management

This workshop provides employees with the space and tools to reflect on their own stress patterns. In an accessible and practical way, they learn how to recognise stress signals early, strengthen their mental resilience, and make conscious choices in managing work pressure.

The focus is on insight and action: participants are encouraged to examine their own habits and take concrete steps towards greater calm, recovery, and clarity. In doing so, they build their mental fitness and sustainable employability — an investment that benefits not only themselves but also their team and organisation.
