This workshop provides employees with the space and tools to reflect on their own stress patterns. In an accessible and practical way, they learn how to recognise stress signals early, strengthen their mental resilience, and make conscious choices in managing work pressure.
The focus is on insight and action: participants are encouraged to examine their own habits and take concrete steps towards greater calm, recovery, and clarity. In doing so, they build their mental fitness and sustainable employability — an investment that benefits not only themselves but also their team and organisation.
After this workshop:
Participants will have a clear understanding of their personal stress signals.
They will understand how small changes in thinking and behaviour can make a big difference.
They will know practical ways to incorporate recovery moments.
They will have tools to work with more calm, energy, and awareness.
