Word: Getting creative with images and graphic objects @HOME

• You learn how to handle images in Word. How to insert images, how to edit them in Word and, above all, how to place these images in your text in the place you want.
• You not only learn how to add images: you also get to work with all kinds of illustrations in Word: shapes, text boxes, WordArt, icons, 3D models and SmartArt. You also learn how to quickly insert a screenshot in your Word document.
• All principles you learn to apply in Word can also be used in all other Office applications (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
• You also learn what copyright really means and where & how to find beautiful, royalty-free material on the internet.

This course is a follow-up module to ‘Word: entering and formatting your text correctly @ home’.   
If you do not yet have a basic knowledge of Word, we recommend taking this module first. 
 
To take this course, you must be familiar with basic Windows 11 and Internet operations. If you haven’t done an ICT module at our school yet, we ask you to take this simple online entry test.
