EULEP is the European Learning Experience Platform that brings together 20 organisations from 8 countries to make lifelong learning more attractive through labour market-oriented adult education programmes, to offer companies innovative training modules, to stimulate knowledge exchange and to embed Vocational Education and Training (VET) sustainably in regional strategies for economic development.
CVO Semper contributes to the development and especially to the introduction of the modules in teaching practice. These are modules in Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality and Social Innovation. Teachers are given the opportunity to build their competences in this, to use them in class at a later stage and finally to pass them on to colleagues. This trajectory runs for 4 school years and is managed by colleagues from Vienna and Barcelona.
During this and the following 4 school years, teachers, staff and students can use our accreditation to go on individual learning mobility in the European Community, but also in countries such as Norway, Morocco or Turkey. The aim is to gain new knowledge and skills through a learning experience at a foreign organisation. Classes can be followed or given or job shadowing can be done. The knowledge acquired must be in line with the objectives of making CVO Semper an environment-, entrepreneurial- and future-oriented school.
